Patricia was born in Ottawa 31st of March 1939. She was married the 1st of March 1958 to Willem J. Van Eyk in Ottawa Ontario. They had 3 daughters.
Judy Helen, Sandra and Natalie Patricia all born in Ottawa. The Family moved to Victoria in Aug 1975.Patricia was a wonderfull loving Mom and Wife and made a happy home for all of us. She died in my arms after a lengthy illness on the 25th of June, she will missed terribly by all of us

Respectful, caring, and accommodating

I met Leslie the day after my sweet Dad passed away. She was sensitive, respectful, caring, and accommodating.

The service she gave us from start to finish has been above and beyond, with her personally delivering a second urn to us one year later that should have been picked up by another family member.

I have come away from the whole experience with one final thought, I wish my Dad could have met her when he was alive, he would have enjoyed her too!
