It is with heavy hearts that Brian Nixon passed away October 6th, 2020 at 58 years of age (born May 19th, 1962) with a short battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Pauline, son Owen (Jane), and son Richard and predeceased son Adam (our beautiful angel), his grandchildren Aurelia and Harvey, whom he loved deeply, brother Steve (from England), Sister Diane (from England and family), Sandra (sister-in-law from England), Karen (sister-in-law and family), Kelvin and wife Jaime (brother-in-law and family), Damien (brother-in-law and family) and many nieces and nephews and many friends and co-workers.
Brian was born in Wolstanton England. He was a Commando Engineer with the British Special Forces for many years and was able to see 3/4 of the world.
The last few years of his life was spent as a Mechanical Supervisor with the University of Victoria, he had many friends and co-workers, and I am sure he will be sadly missed.
I would like to give a big Thank you to Victoria Hospice Team and the Palliative Response Team, I could not have done this without you all, if you would like to make a donation please send to Victoria Hospice Team who do an amazing job.
He was Honest, hard-working, intelligent, great sense of humour, but his greatest passion was his family.
