It is with broken hearts that we have lost our amazing husband, father and grandfather. Pre-deceased by his parents, Joe and Jeannie. Tom leaves behind Jacquie his wife of 48 years. They loved their life together raising their daughter Andrea Leies (Tyson), son Tim Churchill (Karla) and grandsons, Nolan, Jorden, Mat Tytgat and Karter. He also leaves behind his brother Joe.(Solveig) Churchill, and a large extended family. They enjoyed their many vacations to Mexico, Hawaii, USA, Caribbean, and numerous cruises. Tom worked for Canada Post until retirement. He was a Shamrock lacrosse alumni as well as enjoying many years playing hockey, golf and biking. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandsons and attending their sports activities. He will be missed by many family members and longtime friends. Tom will be remembered for his love of his family, his kindness and sense of humor. The celebration of life will be a private family gathering as requested by Tom.
