GLOVER, Kenneth James
January 21, 1955 – September 22, 2023
Ken passed away peacefully in the afternoon of September 22nd in his favourite chair watching sports and reading the newspaper. Ken was employed by B.C. Ferries shortly after high school and went on to a 35 year career which he thoroughly enjoyed. He retired at 56 and this allowed him to spend more time at his sports. Lots of golf, hockey and an occasional trip south to watch NASCAR. Ken was predeceased by Father Robert Glover, Mother Shirley Glover (Miller) and sister Beverly. The family would like to acknowledge his good friends, Bruce, Dave and Abdul for making him more comfortable during his short bout with cancer and an ailing heart.
No funeral by request.

Respectful, caring, and accommodating

I met Leslie the day after my sweet Dad passed away. She was sensitive, respectful, caring, and accommodating.

The service she gave us from start to finish has been above and beyond, with her personally delivering a second urn to us one year later that should have been picked up by another family member.

I have come away from the whole experience with one final thought, I wish my Dad could have met her when he was alive, he would have enjoyed her too!
