Robertson, Margaret Mary
5 July 1935 – 14 December 2020
When we think of Momom a few words come to mind: Kindness; Joy; Elegance; Deportment; Strength; Faith; Fun; Winsome. She was a force of eternal optimism and creativity that lifted us all up, where all things were possible. She taught us how to keep moving forward in the face of adversity. Where Momom was – so was laughter.
Momom had a compassionate heart especially towards children, and derived much joy from her six great-grandchildren. Momom has gone on to join her two children, Jimmy and Shirley-Joy, son-in-law Clifford, brother George, and her mom and dad. Momom is survived by her two daughters Deborah and Pamela, son-in-law Michael , daughter-in-law Yvonne, sister Shirley (Carl), grandchildren Justin (Jasmine), Joshua (Cristy), Aubrey (Brian), Hannah (Derek), Noelle (Joseph), Autumn (Corin), and Abby (Terry), great-grandchildren, Mason, Bentley, Dallas, twins Parker and Logan, and Gracie. Margaret is also survived by her close friend Mike and her first husband Jim.
We look forward to celebrating her life this coming July.
She is dancing in heaven!
Mike will always love Marg…I miss you every day my sweet lady…and dr Phil misses you too…your best friend, mike.
Russ and I were saddened to learn that Marg had passed away.
We knew Marg through my brother, Mike, and we shared some happy times together at musical events and especially enjoyed time together dining at The Oaks , listening and singing along to Rig a Jig.
We saw how much Marg loved music, and I remember her sitting quietly, a big smile, clapping and singing along.
We are sorry that we had not seen Marg for a while, but she remained in our hearts and we were indeed blessed to have known her.
Our sincere sympathy.
Russ and Betty
