His Mom Shirley (Wells, Penney) Stahle and step father William Stahle has passed. His Father Roy Penney is still living,
Sons – William (Billy) Penney Therrien Jr., Christopher Penney Therrien, and Daughter Tiffany Rose. Grandchildren – Jordan, Justin, and Marcus, Jessica, Kayleigh, Kandis, and Marshall, brother Cris Penney (Donna). Sisters – Mitzi, Janet (James) Garden and myself Sherry Smith (Reginald Collins), many nieces and nephews and friends.

Billy was a chef, He loved to cook and create masterpieces in the kitchen. Billy loved to play guitar and sing. He was a poet and wrote many poems, in which he would sometimes put music to and sing as well. he also was a writer and had a column in the local Hollywood newspaper, as it fit for his nickname was “Hollywood” He was a character and loved to have fun.
